  2. Follow Tim’s technique to color the charms using a variation of the same colors.  Set aside to dry.
  3. Follow Tim’s technique to color the crinkle ribbon using Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn, Chipped Sapphire and Broken China Distress Paints.  Set aside to dry.
  4. Stamp lion image onto a piece of Clearly for Art with Jet Black Archival ink.  Cut out with scissors.
  5. On the uninked side of the lion use Caramel and Sunset Orange Alcohol Ink with the Blending Tool and Felt.
  6. Heat the image with heat tool  and curl the tail slightly so it can be placed in front of the wing.
  7. Use the Paper Distresser to fray the edges of the tag.  Ink the edges with Vintage Photo and Salty Ocean with the Ink Blending Tool with Foam.
  8. Stamp “Art” diagonally across the tag with Jet Black Archival Ink
  9. Add Diamond Tissue Tape across the top and bottom of the tag.
  10. Add Ruler Tissue Tape to the bottom of the tag.
  11. Glue lion onto the tag with Glossy Accents.
  12. Glue Charms as shown with Wonder Tape.
