Tim Holtz 12 Tags – October 2012

Tim shares two great techniques with his  October tag.  One is how to colorize Distress Rock Candy Dry Glitter with Alcohol Inks and then he shows a neat effect that you get when you paint tissue wrap with Acrylic Paint Dabbers (my favorite technique of the two).  I was so inspired that I made two tags!

But before we begin,  here’s a tip for using the leftover pieces of diecuts to create a design on another tag.

First, place  a Scallop on the edge die on the tag where you want to cut it.

Next, match the holes  of the tag on top and use that on one tag.  Then flip the other piece around and place it in the center of another tag.
