Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Bananna
- 1 c Frozen Blueberries
- 1 T Ground Flax Seeds
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 c water
Instructions
- Add bananna, blueberries, flax seeds, protein powder and water into blender and mix until well combined
