Blueberry Bannana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Bananna
  • 1 c Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 T Ground Flax Seeds
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  1. Add bananna, blueberries, flax seeds, protein powder and water into blender and mix until well combined
