Ingredients
- 7 large hard cooked eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp minced onion
- 1/2 tbsp sweet relish
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise or 2 tbsp Clean Eating Olive Oil Mayo
- dash of paprika
- sea salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- already made broccoli slaw (optional for added crunch to your wrap)
- 4 whole grain wraps
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except broccoli slaw and wraps.
- Place 1/2 cup egg salad on wrap.
- Add 1/4 cup broccoli slaw on top.
- Roll up wrap and enjoy!
