Crunchy Egg Salad Wrap

Yield: Makes about 2 cups

Serving Size: 1/2 cup

Crunchy Egg Salad Wrap


  • 7 large hard cooked eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise or 2 tbsp Clean Eating Olive Oil Mayo
  • dash of paprika
  • sea salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • already made broccoli slaw (optional for added crunch to your wrap)
  • 4 whole grain wraps


  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except broccoli slaw and wraps.
  2. Place 1/2 cup egg salad on wrap.
  3. Add 1/4 cup broccoli slaw on top.
  4. Roll up wrap and enjoy!
