Thanksgiving Stuffing

This is definitely not a low-fat recipe, but it is a special indulgence for our Thanksgiving Dinner.  The rich flavor in this stuffing comes from the pan drippings and butter.   For a low-fat option drain sausage and replace butter with fat free chicken broth.    Try adding nuts and mushrooms, too.
